In the past decade, progress has been made toward increasing the representation of women in leadership roles; however, it remains insufficient. A significant disparity still exists between the number of female and male executives across industries.

This is not an issue confined to the United States—globally, only six countries have achieved true gender equality. With 195 nations worldwide, that equates to less than 5% having reached this milestone. So, the question arises: What are we doing to address this? And more importantly, what are you doing to help change it?

Consider this: women, on average, need to appear in keyword searches 3-4 times more often than men just to receive a call for an interview. Why is that?

Clearly, there is still much work to be done, both in the U.S. and around the globe. Women constitute half of the population but hold less than a quarter of leadership positions. It’s imperative that we bridge this gap.

If you’re a female executive seeking your next role, facing barriers to advancement, feeling unseen or undervalued, or experiencing the all-too-common struggle of being overworked and underpaid, know that you’re not alone. This is precisely why BossmakeHer exists. Our mission is to challenge the status quo, close the leadership gap, and provide women with a strategic advantage in their job search. We understand the unique challenges women face and develop strategies to help overcome them. If you’re ready to make a change, let’s connect. I’d love the opportunity to discuss how we can support your journey.
