Do you work in DEI and are exhausted??? Let’s chat!

I'm a social worker, advocate, social impact champion and work as a DEI Manager for a late stage start up. As a social worker I'm used to working in emotionally draining environments and have been exposed to vicarious trauma a lot. However, working in DEI is different. Having to advocate for the bare minimum and change the minds and hearts of people in leadership positions that have little experience with or exposure to oppression is TOUGH. Don't get me wrong, I love my job, and enjoy the challenge of building programs and strategy from scratch... but ya'll, I need a minute.

If you're a DEI practitioner and feel similarly, let's connect. I want to create a community of DEI leaders in order to exhange notes, best practices, and fill each other's cups. This work is important but I've reached a point where I could use a little breather.
