Flex work is a 'game changer' for keeping women in the workforce...but I think you knew that alreadyhttps://www.cnbc.com/2022/01/11/321000-women-joined-the-labor-force-in-december-despite-omicron-wave.html

CNBC says more than 300,000 women joined the labor force in December 2021, despite Omicron wave

“Offering employees higher wages and more paid sick leave would be a great start—but flexible work schedules could be a “game-changer” for keeping women in the workforce as it could help them better manage caregiving responsibilities.”

It’s only January 11 and we’ve already experienced a delayed opening due to a bus driver shortage and then a snow day that became a remote school day. Companies must be as flexible as parents.

At this point, if a company claims a commitment to DE&I but doesn't offer remote-friendly work or flexible schedules ... then I don't believe that they care about DE&I at all.
