It's that time of year when we begin to reflect on what we accomplished and what we did not and to look ahead to what we want to accomplish next year.Goal setting is a tricky situation for overachievers. We go whole hog and set all the goals and sometimes get so focused that we forget about wellbeing. We check off our goals and move on to the next without even enjoying the win. We can find ourselves in a place where we don't enjoy much. The good news? I can help you with that.I'm offering free 2022 Strategic Planning Calls from now until the end of December. All you need to do is schedule a call and bring an idea of who you really want to be by the end of December. I will teach you some tools to stay balanced and flexible in the pursuit. You'll notice I say who you want to be....As a recovering overachiever, I have learned that it's more effective to set "who do I want to be" goals vs. "what do I want to achieve" goals. For example:I want to be someone who enjoys being active vs. I want to workout 5 days a week. It's a subtle difference but one that has a major impact.I can't wait to work with you on this!
