Incorporating a business in the UK
Hi, I'm looking to incorporate my business in the UK and am struggling to understand the process. Has anyone done this before, if so, would you be willing to help me out?
S9·May 17, 2021S9·May 17, 2021Hey @Tamsin97 what kind of business are you looking to become? If it's just a regular limited company it takes 30 minutes, Β£12 and a few days to become official. You could also use a platform like Tide to do it for you, or an accountant can help.
