To achieve this objective, we are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead our US Campus Operations team and drive Course Hero’s systematic growth campus-by-campus throughout the country. This position is a maternity cover from mid-March to early August 2021 and will report to the Director of Growth and Campus Operations who is based on the West Coast. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in an operations, community management, sales, or marketing role. The ideal candidate has a track record of hiring, managing, and scaling high-performance teams, including remote teams. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of US campus operations. Most importantly you will recruit, manage, mentor, and lead a team of community managers to grow the number of Course Hero’s subscribers at selected campuses across the country.
