Transitioning from onsite to fully remote. What tools/tips to you have?

Hi Elphas, as mentioned in the title, I'm very excited to transition to a fully remote position. I suffer from moderate anxiety and I'm already working about 2 days a week to combat being overstimulated. It helps a ton. Now, I'm moving to a different city and will continue working with my current team! I'll be flying back every so often to work at the office and continue building relationships with my team as well. That being said, do you have any tips for this transition? Do you have any tools (digital or physical) that you love? I'll be making a bedroom in our house an office, and want to set myself up for success. Cheers!
