We've recently conducted a study across UK and EU based Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists in our network to evaluate the gender pay gap within the space.

Shockingly, there still remains a huge gap between male and female engineers in the industry - on average female employees are being paid £10,000 less than their male equivalents.

Consequently we are offering free, confidential, salary, career, and CV advice sessions for women in the space who are curious or knowingly impacted by this market inequality!
