Previously, Wilkinson founded IrishAngels, an angel investment network affiliated with Notre Dame, where she led $50M in early-stage deals including Chime, TradingView, and The Mom Project. She believes in backing founders who have a big vision and a clear plan on how to execute that vision. Gale developed an early-stage financing course that she taught for five years at Notre Dame, and she shares a lot of these insights in Vitalize's "Talking Ventures" video series. Her previous work experience includes forecasting and consulting for new product launches with Nielsen and corporate strategy with Orbitz. She was a founding Board member of the C200 Scholars Network, and she is currently a founding Board member of Chicago Blend, an organization focused on increasing diversity in VC and startups.Elizabeth Yin is a co-founder and General Partner at Hustle Fund, a pre-seed fund for software entrepreneurs. Previously, Elizabeth was a partner at 500 Startups where she invested in seed-stage companies and ran the Mountain View accelerator. In a prior life, Elizabeth co-founded and ran an adtech company called LaunchBit (acq 2014). Elizabeth has a BSEE from Stanford and an MBA from MIT Sloan. Elizabeth has reviewed over 20k startup pitches from around the world in the last few years and has helped numerous portfolio founders raise hundreds of millions of dollars. Her work and writing on startup fundraising have been featured in many publications including TechCrunch, Forbes, Huffington Post, and more.
