How invested are you and your employees in the company values?I've often found it quite difficult to really get behind some when there hasn't been a collective effort to create them and nurture them from the offset, or in some cases the only 'real' display of the values can be on a pretty picture in the office, and a mention in the annual conference.I wanted to share my latest account of values setting at Highliner. A simple way to go about it but felt really productive, and might be applicable to many start-ups.

I'm a complete novice with writing, so had to push out of my comfort zone for this. Let me know what you think and if anyone finds it helpful when thinking about values.
