That “magical” place is forum. In my forum groups founders can experience an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust and openness to share in each other’s business, family and personal experiences. Forum provides an ongoing opportunity to share and discuss with a group of peers the issues that arise from being a startup CEO. The group is run on this Channels by Marco Polo app, where you will be able to share asynchronously, and uninterrupted to other members, on your own schedule via video message Forum operates under a strict confidentiality and non-solicitation code. This allows members to be incredibly real and revealed, which deepens the intimacy, learning, and growth of all involved. Your forum will be moderated by a qualified coach to ensure that you have the best possible experience. Each week, you’ll get a conversation prompt. Forum Protocol is to Listen, Accept, Question and Share. By following protocol, you’ll be able to feel heard and to practice your own active listening skillsPlease note, that while these groups are inspired by YPO and EO forums, they will not exactly replicate them. They’ll take on their own personalities and each forum will be its own unique experience.
