Hello Ladies! After a long process and questionning of "Can I do podcast without being English native speaker? Will people mind my french accent?" I am SO happy to finally share the first episode of my podcast show called HOT WATER, a podcast opening up the conversation on the future of work and workspaces . For this first episode, I actually went out of my comfort zone and wrote Bailey Richardson, Instagram 8th's employee and co-author of the (amazing) book "Get Together: How to build a community with your people." With her, we spoke about a topic I love: Community Building and Community Growth in the workplace.
