We used them for our fintech startup and it's been unorganized and confusing from the start. I incorporated another company in 2020 using Clerky, which was smooth, fast and easy, but I wanted to give Firstbase the benefit of the doubt after my co-founder decided to go with them. He's never used Clerky before so he had nothing to compare the experience with, but even he is starting to get frustrated. We are now facing having to pay $150 for official copies of our incorporation certificate because our names aren't on the certificate and we need an official (or notarized) copy of the certificate to open a bank account in another country where we operate a subsidy of our U.S.-based business.
