Hi everyone,

My name is Keren I am an MBA Candidate at Santa Clara University.

I won a grant from the Applied Ethics Department and my goal is to better understand age discrimination in the workforce (ageism) and if/how technological advancements can minimize this phenomenon and better prepare seasoned workers for today’s economy.

If you are 50 or older (or can introduce me to friends/neighbors/family) either working or not working and willing to answer a few questions - this will greatly help me!

I'm in the process of developing a hypothesis for the research, this will NOT be a lengthy survey, just a quick chat over the phone/zoom.
