My team transitioned from six phyiscal studios to a fully remote org. That meant less snacks & cold brew but also the need to transition our in person design thinking exercises to be faciliated remotely with our clients.

For our next event we wanted to have a little fun while showing how efficiently a cross-functional team can use a Lightning Design Jam to brainstorm solutions and clarify an action plan.

This event I hope is helpful for others who oversee remote teams and are alooking for a efficient remote exercise to brainstorm and get to an action plan in < 2 hrs.
