Family planning (fertility treatments) + startups + FMLA
Hi!I'm about to sign a new job offer with a startup, and I asked about their family leave policy. Unsurprisingly, they don't have paid leave, but do offer FMLA after 1 year of employment. I know there has to be other women out there who have pursued their goals while also navigating family planning. What options do we have if we get pregnant before the 1-year employment mark. I think short-term disability can be an option. Any other thoughts?
