How do I structure better 1:1 meetings with my manager so I can identify my career growth and take on tasks that consistently challenges me, and also includes the performance goals I am measured against. Any suggestions?

It allows for consistency of talking points, development, & results. Most people update this to work for them but it's a starting point.
