There's a lot of people I see complain that "Gen Z can't attach a file!", "My older coworkers need me to copy and paste!"
Ageism aside, why do you think that is?
Because people gave their parents tablets to check email, and their children smartphones to shut them up, there's a fairly large portion of the working world that does not know how to do basic computer tasks, such as;
- Copying and pasting
- Attaching a laptop to a wired internet service
- Adding an email signature.
I want to fix that by making TikTok videos that are short and to the point -- I already have over 1000 views across 3 videos and a few comments saying how they didn't know how to do something, and thanking me for the help.
So far, I do see hardware videos get more views, and I do want to focus on printers (😬) next.
