From Startup to Employee

Hi All: So happy to have found this community (thanks, @AlyssaM).I'm hoping to receive some advice. My Co-Founder left for a full time gig in October (we're on good terms) and I'm unable to build out my vision on my own. We've bootstrapped this project and now I need to earn money. Recently, I was introduced to the Founder of a competitor and they have funding and traction (I don't). I've had meetings with the competitor and we hit it off. The company is interested in hiring me to help them launch in the U.S. My questions are:1. I still have a C Corps and want to dissolve it. Any advice on how you'd approach your business partners who are not involved but on the cap table?2. The competitor wants some of our content to reside on their site - Since this is considered our IP, I'd need sign off from other partners correct (even though I created all of it)? 3. When negotiating for part time, or project based work, does anyone know of resources to figure out rates?4. When working with a company that has their HQ outside the U.S., what kinds of things do I need to look out for? Also, thanks for keeping this confidential. I appreciate the existence of this community. If I can help anyone expand their connections, lmk. Thank you!
