Calling all women looking to transition into VC💨💨

Women Venture Capitalists is excited to kick off our first cohort of VC Mentorship Program!

Women Venture Capitalists (WVCS) aims to support and mentor aspiring women looking to break into the world of early stage investing and venture capital. Our VC Mentorship Program provides recruitment guidance for those who are early in their careers in a related field (e.g. a startup, big tech, consulting or finance) by pairing them with a VC associate or analyst. We are launching our beta program and are looking for those who are curious about venture capital to join us!

About UsWomen Venture Capitalists (WVCS) is a group of VC associates and analysts that aim to support and mentor aspiring women who are looking to break into the work of VC. We are launching our first beta VC Mentorship Program cohort this spring.

About the WVCS Mentorship ProgramWithin our beta program cohort, our members will be paired with a mentor who is currently in an analyst or associate position within the venture capital landscape. Our mentorship pairs will be responsible for meeting a minimum of 16 hours a month to engage in certain topics specific to venture capital and its recruitment process. Our members will also have the opportunity to be part of our community with other peers in their cohort.

Our Ideal CandidatesYou are passionate about venture capital and startups and determined to break into VC. You’ve already have some experience related to VC, for example, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or tech. You are looking for a career change or a first full-time job in VC.
