Hi Elphas! I posted this yesterday, but it didn't seem to save, so I'm trying again.Our start-up, Small Packages, is hiring our first director of engineering. We're a super fast-moving team that needs someone to join us in building out our new digital tools. Please don't self-select out if you've never been a Director before; we're a team that builds the plane as we're flying it, so we want someone similar :)We envision this role transitioning into people leadership within a year, and coaching/mentorship will be available from the executive team and our technical advisor, @larahogan.
