Hi! I'm doing some market research for a signature program I am putting together for my coaching business and would like to interview first-time leaders who are one year or less in their current role. All information would be kept confidential. I'm looking to understand your pain points as a leader and the amount of support you are receiving from your organization. I will give you the advice I gave to someone previously and smth that worked for me too in the past. It would be good if you could provide more info on the project itself (what is the research for, how the data will be used, if it will be anonym or shared publicly) and possibly the link directly to a survey where you can grab folks' information that way you can control the outreach and so forth!
