Launch: Meet Medley, a space to learn and grow with others

Happy Friday Elpha Community! Earlier this year I joined Medley (https://www.withmedley.com/) as the Head of Product. It was a big decision for me to leave my previous company to join a new venture, especially given that I was a few months away from becoming a parent! Fun fact -- the Elpha community was where I looked to for experiences and perspectives around becoming a parent while working at an early-stage company. I searched for advice on how folks negotiated maternity leave and ramped back up from maternity leave. Reading about other women’s experiences reassured me that I could become a new parent and help build a new company! I am excited to announce that Medley launched last week! 🎉The goal of Medley is to facilitate transformative experiences for members through small groups. Every member of the Medley community has a core group that meets monthly under the guidance of certified coaches. When you join, you’re matched with a group of 7 other people with similar intentions for their Medley experience.Medley was founded on the belief that the most powerful learning often comes from hearing the stories and perspectives of those who seem most different from you. When thinking of ideal members for Medley, my first thought was the Elpha community - people who are curious, collaborative, and interested in learning and growing with others.
