Looking for a tech geek queen!https://www.girlsgetfunded.com

According to a BCG analysis of 2018 data from MassChallenge, a US-based global network of accelerators, investments in companies founded or cofounded by women averaged $935,000, which is less than half the average of $2.1 million invested in companies founded by male entrepreneurs. This disparity exists despite the fact that startups founded and co founded by women actually performed better over time, generating 10% higher cumulative revenue over a five-year period: $730,000 for women compared with $662,000 for men. I started www.girlsgetfunded.com with only ONE vision: To close the funding gap between male and female entrepreneurs. But in order to do that, we have to EDUCATE females & womxn entrepreneurs with financial matters first. Girls Get Funded is meant to do exactly that. We do this by linking them with finance and investment folks, giving them access to angel investors, mindset coaches, and financial experts. I am building a platform in the backend where the logical next step will be to match members with the right courses/ coaches/ mentors / investors and guidance within their GGF network. This platform stands on top of three pillars: ==========================- INTENT: A safe space for womxn and female founders to learn about finance and fundraising without facing any outside discrimination or judgement- INCLUSION: A safe space for womxn - the x being anyone who feels female or non-binary.Supporters (male / non-binary etc of female entrepreneurs often end up being coaches and mentors)- INTERACTION: Formal training has its place, but informal, peer-to-peer interactions are crucial to building trust and ensuring that the network stays relevant over time. But I have hit a bit of a wall mainly because I cannot (and should not ) do everything if I want to scale. I need a great team who is aligned to my vision... Since June 2020, I have bootstrapped - everything from building the website, handle the social media, training the first cohorts of female entrepreneurs + building the MERN stack platform MVP past 15 days, but now I know that I need a CTO (equity based) to handle the technical side of things (before I hit any more technical bugs!) while I put my laser focus on the growth & GTM side. The Ask: =====If you know of awesome potential CTO/ techies who are great trustworthy and who know their sh*t and are aligned to my vision of reducing the global funding and financial disparity, please do forward this email to them. Advice, comments and questions always welcome since I follow two philosophies - 1. "You can learn at least one new thing from every person you meet or interact with" and 2. "If you don't ask, you'll never get" :) Wishing you all the best! Have a great day!
This looks like an incredible initiative, Shamma! I wish I had the time to dedicate to this, but just wanted to wish you the best of luck. I'll be cheering you on. 🌟
