Hi Elphas,

I'm hiring my first business hire for my zero-waste manufacturing company, Mobius, and I am at a loss on what title to use. They'll be doing a mix of roles (sales, marketing, ops).

Generally, I want to attract a early career person that cares about growth and a zero waste mission. I want to make sure they feel valued but that my title system has room to grow.

Any advice appreciated!
