My mom's Facebook account got hacked last week, and the hacker reset her password **and her email address.** Facebook's account recovery and all their support articles require login (which my mom can't do because she no longer controls the email address now associated with her fb profile). Even the email fb sent asking her to verify her password change requires login (wat).

Do any Elphas know someone on or close to Facebook's account security team that could help her recover her account? I'm seeing on Twitter that she's definitely not the only person who has this problem - but I'm also seeing that literally no one has had success dealing with Facebook on this. Frustrating!
