[Advice] I want to work for my company's PR agency!

Hi all!As I started researching companies and roles for my next career adventure, I came to find that I *really* want to work at the agency my company partners with for PR. It seems like a natural pivot/move for me, but I'm not sure how to approach the conversation with the agency to start. They don't currently have an open role that fits my experience and I don't know if they would allow remote work (post-COVID), but I want to make it clear to them that I'm interested should an opportunity become available. Some helpful context: - I have a great relationship with our account team and know their co-founders, have been with them for about 2 years.- This would be a pivot from in-house communication/marketing generalist to PR account team.- I manage the relationship between my company and this agency, so I want to be extra sensitive about the conversation.- I've already had one informational interview with my account manager about working in agency PR in general but didn't express that I was looking to leave my current company or join theirs.- I'm not necessarily in a rush to leave my current role, but would like to start making moves. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Would love some advice on how to approach the conversation with their team.
