Advice needed - Transitioning from startup founder back to corporate

Hi all!

My name is Kathia Marroquin, and I come from an unconventional marketing background; I've been a founder of two startups in two different countries, working in B2C (E-commerce, Marketplaces, and Consumer Goods) over the last 8 years.

At my last startup (a scannable jewelry company), I took care of Product, Marketing & Growth. One of my most notable achievements was growing the company revenue from $0 to $515k within the first 12 months (without investment) by creating go-to-market strategies that achieved +74M organic video views between TikTok and Instagram.

I've always been the kind of person who wants to understand what motivates people to do what they do; I'm a passionate problem-solver and self-starter actively looking to use my skills at the intersection of technology, product, and marketing.

I would love to connect with anyone for a brief chat about their journey into the technology space -- especially if you made a move from entrepreneurship back to corporate.

Also, please feel free to connect with me on Linkedin

Happy to support folk's journeys as best as possible; as a give, I've written articles about video marketing strategies and experiments; I'll leave them here I case you find them useful.

Appreciate the help!
