Definitely checking out the program :)As a fitness junkie, I have to say that personally, the moment I started to view exercising as a mental tool, to get me away from my mundane routine and to clean myself from all negative vibes around, I built a much healthier relationship with it as smth inherent to my life and more importantly I build a better relationship with my body as a whole. And in fact I stopped using exercise it as a way to lose weight while I knew it was also doing good to my body :)BIG disclaimer: Obviously, everyone is different and some may need to lose weight for other reasons tied to health etc. I am lucky it is not my case.
