Projects for Junior Developers
We hired a junior developer and she's awesome! So far I've only been assigning her bugs and chores. I want to assign her a more challenging project unrelated to our application so she can focus on the project without getting bogged down by being new to our site.Any ideas on projects I could assign her? Additional context:- We're a two-way marketplace for independent art.- She works on customer facing and internal tools (nothing search or data related). - Project should take her around 2 weeks.
