ISO Sourcing Specialist

Hey all, my executive recruiting company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist contractor to help find candidates for our high volume of inbound job opportunities. This is recruiting for some of the most innovative, up and coming start-ups as well as the top tech unicorns in some fuego markets. (autonomous/robotics, mental health tech, fintech/crypto, AI/ML) We are looking for someone with the following:Proven experience in sourcing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.Sound time-management and organizational skills.Nice to have:Experience in the tech industryExperience writing Boolean search stringsThis would be competitive pay and ideally around 10-20 hours a week, we could offer more hours if interested.
