Hello Elpha's,I hope that you’re well.Last year I launched my coaching practice and my book. I was really grateful to receive support from this community in both respects. After reflecting on my coaching business last year, I decided to enrol in coaching this year to understand who I could best serve with my coaching. Undertaking the course has given me the opportunity to understand where I can provide the most impact.I will be going to focus my coaching around helping women in tech that would like to help transitioning from full-time employment to building a new career building a start-up or independent contracting business.
