Connection with startups in Spain

Dear Community,Hope everyone is doing well. Its been a long road for me applying, connection with people and looking for a job. I am currently in Colombia, but I am looking internationally specifically: Panama, Guatemala, Brazil, and Europe, particularly Spain. I know this might not be the best timing for moving abroad, but I have been thinking about wanted to work in communications in the startup world. In addition, I am very passionate about B-corps and the SDGs and have worked in gender equality, public health, women empowerment and sustainable passion. If you have any connection with a B-corp in Spain or startup there, I will really appreciate. I have heard most startups are interested in hiring foreigners. So I look into the following startups: Typeform, TravelPerk, Glovo, Oxfam Intermon (NGO), Ayuda en Accion (NGO), Medicos sin Fronteras, Medicos del Mundo, Spotahome, Badi, etc.Any advice or guidance will be really appreciate it.
