Hello all.

I would love the advice of Elpha members and possibly directions from people with similar experience.

Considering all the job market has experienced in the past one year, I decided the volatility of tech is too much for my fragile heart and I need more stability in my career. I almost had a mental breakdown earlier in the year due to navigating this job market.

I am thinking of pivoting to Healthcare IT or getting a nursing degree. I am unsure how to marry my project management background with Healthcare, and what upskilling I need to do to achieve this goal.

My most recent roles have been as a Business Analyst and Agile Project Manager.

Any advice will be highly appreciated

Ps. I used to work as a nursing assistant before going to college for my Bachelor's in Business Administration and HR.
