Elphas with side projects/hustles - what's your main motivation and biggest challenge?

I was writing a reply to this post, and it got me really curious: for those of you who have side projects or side hustles alongside your full-time job, what was your biggest motivation to start it, and what motivates you today to keep working on it? Is it purely passion-driven, are you looking to make some extra money on the side, or maybe you are planning to make it your main source of income someday?

And also, what would you say is the biggest struggle you have when working on your side project/hustle?

I'll go first: I started my side business 3 years ago because I was (and still am!) deeply passionate about its idea and it has been bringing me joy and fulfillment that my corporate job lacks sometimes. I do want to go full-time with my business someday, and I love how I can control the direction it's heading (it's all mine haha!). And my main challenge is time: I feel like there is never enough time for everything I want to do, and I try my best to stay very focused in order to be able to spend the time I have in the most efficient and "needle-moving" way.

Interesting topic. I don't have a side hustle but I'm very interested in starting one, I just don't know if any of my ideas are worth all the work that it would require. What is your side hustle @olenamytruk?
If you don't mind me asking, what drives your interest in starting a side project? And maybe what are some of the ideas you have? In my experience, you will know when you got "that one" idea because you won't hesitate anymore! For me, it was an idea to create a goal-setting mobile app for women - this is how my business started 3 years ago. Since then, it has transformed into coaching/education services for busy women who want to learn how to balance it all while also working towards their goals.
