Hi there 👋

In June we're planning to organize a Career Development Mix for our Learning & Development Community. ✨

We will invite 7 guest speakers, and each of them will have exactly 7 minutes to present a Career Development Framework they've used, enjoyed, and would recommend. The aim is to bring some new frameworks that our community members can use either for their own career development programs or for their internal programs. ✌🏻

I have part of the speakers lined up and looking for some others that could come in with some nice, NEW frameworks (we're trying to go beyond IKIGAI, and others of sorts). Would you happen to have one you'd like to share? 👀
