Looking for advice on where to start with a venture

Hi Elphas,Looking for some advice on taking my small semi-venture to the next level.Let me give you some background. I'm a Learning & Development professional working full-time for a Romanian based e-e-commerce business. I'm also passionate about learning, entrepreneurship, product management, and picky when it comes to design.Last year, in May, as I was getting bored to eat, work, eat, and wander around my apartment, I started a weekly newsletter & quarterly digital publication for L&D pros called Offbeat. You can find more info about the project here - https://offbeat.works/. 9 months later I have a list of 1073 subscribers as of today, and some great feedback about the quality of the content I share and build, and the design of the newsletter and website. The only marketing I did for the project was a weekly post on LinkedIn when I sent each newsletter issue. The idea also came to me as I was really disappointed in both the content in the L&D industry and the user experience of the websites I'm now competing with.I've always tinkered with the idea of launching my own venture and build it full time. I've had some ideas in the past, but never got to the point of actually having an audience I could serve. So I'm pretty excited but I also have no idea where to go from here.I'm planning on doing some user interviews with some of my subscribers to dig deeper into the way they learn, where they get their information, and so on. After that do some solo brainstorming (the worst kind) to see if I can find some solutions to their problems. While doing that I'm also working on designing a learning program and price it, to see if people would be willing to pay for the experience. These are my plans right now, and I have no idea if I should do more or less, so I don't damage the brand perception I already created.
