It's so helpful to know we're not alone! I've been polling a lot of people around stress and work lately as a way to provide more employers and individuals with insights and tools. Would love to know where you fall on this emoji scale.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ I get small bouts of anxieties here and there but generally I have decided to be past stress, because stress just doesn't help me solve my issues. I know some people find stress to help them move forward but it does the opposite for me. I have a watch that tracks my stress levels and it's been super insightful!
Love that you are tracking and intentionally lowering stress. I use Oura to track and even though this was already a focus for me, it was WILD to see the correlation between stressful thoughts and stress/ heart rate in the app.
I use heartify to track my HRV and when I'm dealing with a lot - I can see how it dips. Aura is awesome too
I was going to say you should get an Oura and/or a whoop!
I'm OBSESSED with my Oura. I like testing everything out though. Especially because I'm looking for the best way provide more quantified metrics for my B2B clients when I run employee stress programs.
Yeah these fitness tracker metrics are such an excellent addition, my clients love the tangible aspect of it too
