In the process of replying to a DEI thread on my favorite People & Culture community Resources For Humans (RfH), I came up with an idea about putting together an index of companies that make their DEI data (aka identity data) public -- whether shared via a "report", within public policy/handbook, or on career page. I'm shocked this doesn't exist already. It seems many aggregated lists only focus on top 10 lists (typically largest corporations engaging in pay-to-play exposure). So I'm building one that is crowdsourced from bottom up.
I've created the index via a public airtable, and hoping you'll contribute if your company shares data publicly or you know of other companies that do!
