Very much so, though the combination of open air schools/homes/socialization and the mandatory travel testing program is making things better than they otherwise would be. Nonetheless, Honolulu has the highest rate of covid in the islands. I find it very frustrating when people assume Hawaii is paradise, honestly... I feel like they're writing off the fact that locals have very human problems just like they do everywhere else. (This might not be the point you were making, but I'm just venting related frustration haha)
