How do you measure team efficiency?

Hi Ladies!I'm wondering what features makes a team efficient (in communication and collaboration) and how do you measure it?Does it show any correlation with - how fast you reach your KPIs/goals? - how likely your team mates will stay?- how much profit you make?Very intrigued to hear your view on this 👀

This is a great question! Not sure if this answers it but something I've thought about is measuring individual NPS (to see how much those who collaborate with you would recommend working with you). I wonder if this could be translated to a team NPS score?
