VP of AI product roles

I’m looking for some guidance and coaching as I’ve been contacted by a recruiter for a VP of AI Product role at a Fortune 100 company. The company is looking to implement AI/ML in their HR product offerings, and I’m seeking support in two specific areas:

1. Understanding HR Products: I would greatly appreciate insights from someone with HR experience who can act as a sounding board for my thoughts on the application of AI/ML in HR functions.

2. Interview Preparation: I’m looking for coaching to help me effectively present my case and prepare for a senior leadership role interview.

I understand this could be a significant time commitment, so I’m open to engaging more than one person to cover these aspects. If you or someone you know has the expertise and willingness to assist, I would be incredibly grateful.

Thank you in advance for your help and support!

Hi there! I have a coach that has tons of experience in HR / Tech. If you are interested in chatting with him, can you email me at [email protected]? I’ll get you scheduled with him!!
Thank you Mina, would love to setup some time with him. I'll reach out to you on the email.
https://www.linkedin.com/company/hannah-hr/about/Heard a startup pitch from the founder of HannahHR Izzie O'Hara about the AI Co-pilot they been building before LLMs became so hyped. (heard the pitch from Vancouver Startup Week last week). Her background is in building a successful consulting in the HR space for 20+ years if I remember correctly. HannahHR came out of the patterns from that experience. As for senior AI/ML case prep: if you have the $ Dr. Nancy Li has some crazy breadth on prepping for the roles. She's built an entire career accelerator that has regular product tear downs and case prep led by various industry leaders. She also broke into PM by building a computer vision product (there's free content on YouTube, but I peeked into the community through a trial and there's way more going on in the live sessions). Otherwise Polly M. Allen might still have her calendly link available still on her AI Career Boost site (AI Product courses). ====Teresa Duke's talk for Women in Male Dominated Industries (WIMDI) on senior and executive role interviews might be of interest as well (one of my favorites from them!)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YhKFrDKNRQE&t=3149s&ab_channel=WomeninMale-DominatedIndustries
Thank you @KatieHong !!! I'll check them out. I do have experience with AI with over 10 years.
Even better: there will be lots of things that you'll uniquely be able to expand on with people then! This is a tangent, but I'm really curious: with 10 years of AI, where would you suggest someone breaking in (me!) to start? So far I'm laying my product management foundations by understanding technical systems (computer systems architecture) + mapping industry wide standards. And with AI it's understanding the history of ML (linear algebra, the rise of algorithms, the rise of CNN, the rise of transformers etc.). If you were to focus deeply on 1 or two things, what would it be?
