Hey Elphas, does anyone have any tips on finding/hiring freelancers? I'm thinking of writing an article on this topic and would love to feature some of your advice on our blog (joinrise.co/blog). Would appreciate any insight or input that you may have. Thanks in advance!

Tap your network! Every freelancer I've worked with came by referral or a community I was part of. If the person came from a community I was part of but I didn't know them well, start with a small project/task and see how it goes.
