I'm Aashni, the founder of HypeDocs (https://hypedocs.co), and am hosting an event with Sophie Wyne the founder of Ariglad (https://ariglad.com).We're both extremely passionate about improving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at companies after our own experiences as women in the tech world. DEI processes aren't having the desired impact we'd like them to have, and many of these issues have gotten worse in light of COVID.
