I'm an Engineering Manager at Bloom & Wild and I'm looking for Ruby engineers (or devs with other backgrounds interested in using ruby) to join my team!

As you might imagine with a company focused on delighting customers with gifts (usually flowers!), it's a caring group at B&W and I'd love to have more Elphas join us. We're growing quickly and have a number of interesting operational and technical challenges ahead of us. We do have a bright, flower-filled office in Vauxhall where you're welcome to work and mingle, but we are also open to remote or hybrid teammates (GMT +/- 2 hours).
