Happy Thursday!I'm really close to publishing my book, Be Your No.1 Cheerleader!Today is the penultimate day, I am pleased that this day is finally here! I acknowledge that "the real work begins today." I am sure that you've all heard the phrase that is "build it and they will come." They will NOT just come! You've got to be out there telling everyone that it is there and why they should choose you amongst the many choices that there are out there.This is why, when I say that you need to cheer for yourself, it is not about self-aggrandisement, it is about taking the action that you need to in order to be recognised for what you do and how you do it.I know that stepping up and being visible is not something that is easy or comfortable for you. I urge you to consider what you deny yourself and how you deny the world when you don't put yourself out there positively and consistently? When you let the inner critic and the Imposter Syndrome win. I want you to "take a time out" to reflect on what the seemingly protective negative thoughts, doubts, fears and worries prevent you from doing to take the action that you need to achieve your goals. PAUSE for a moment.In the moment that you take the time to think about what action you're going to take.
