I am the co-founder of Alive, Fit & Free (www.alivefitandfree.com), where we are creating tailored fitness classes for modern seniors in a hybrid virtual/in-person model. Launched by two female co-founders, with a majority female team. I have bootstrapped to date and created our beta platform, which we launched a month ago.
