Our Dassault Systèmes EuroNorth Lean In Circles – an employee resource group (ERG) I founded in 2016 to further gender equity at the workplace – is one of the 10 winners of the 2020 Women in Software Changemakers award UK! The Changemakers List recognises organisations and individuals that strive to make the tech industry more inclusive of women and gender minorities. These industry examples are paving the way forward for other businesses to follow.
