Over the last few months, I have been hearing over and over again about people deciding to make significant life changes. Things like moving to a new home or city, changing jobs, changing careers, or going back to school, are all big changes that often feel daunting, overwhelming, and fraught. I went through a self-reflection process as I was preparing for my big change, moving to full-time writing and coaching, and ended up with 7 questions.
