My team and I are hosting a workshop at the end of the month focused on performance review prep and navigating feedback loops at work.

Research shows that Black, Indigenous, people of color, women, and historically marginalized people are systematically less likely to receive critical feedback tied to business outcomes and their career advancement.

As a result, women of color face a huge leadership and pay gap that stops us from reaching our full career potential and our full earning potential, where we're missing out on anywhere from $400k to $1 million in a 40-year career.

Learning how to give and receive feedback is essential to your personal and professional growth. Join us in confidently molding that skill.

Takeaways:

  • The importance of advice for BIPOC professionals, women, and historically marginalized communities
  • Understand mindsets that typically hold us back from self-advocating
  • Mindset and strategies to give and receive critical advice to advance in your career
  • Creating aligned communication with your managers, direct reports, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • A holistic approach to taking up space and advocating during your annual and performance review cycles, regular 1-on-1 meetings, and daily interactions
  • Training + Coaching and Q&A at the end
Let's gooooooo! So excited to share this training externally with new folx
